Quality European Service and Repair
Karl Benz is credited by most with creating the first automobile with the Benz Patent-Motorwagen in 1886. Since then, German-made vehicles have and still lead the way with cutting-edge safety and engine equipment. Keeping a complex, safe, and technologically-advanced vehicle on the road takes special tools and specific training. That cheap oil change you’re getting is likely not using synthetic oil that meets factory specifications with special additive packages designed not to clog tiny passages deep inside your engine. That discount brake job probably doesn’t include all the necessary parts (or knowledge) to properly reset your car’s warning lights. We’ve even seen many cars disassembled by other shops that had to be towed to us for proper repair because the discount mechanic did not have the proper tools or information.
It’s true that there are general car repair shops and chains out there that claim to properly service your German vehicle. They may save you money on an oil change or claim to perform a full brake job for $9.99. They’ll sometimes even attempt complex repairs on your luxury vehicle. In our 30+ years of combined specialized experience with fine German cars, we witnessed many times what a “cheap” mechanic can do.
